At VintageGulley, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our traditional brass figurines and artifacts. Since each piece is handcrafted, minor variations in finish and texture are part of the item’s unique character.
1. Return Window
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Requests made after 7 days will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: It must be in the original packaging. For brass items, please ensure the protective wrapping is intact to prevent oxidation or scratches during transit.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Proof of Concern causing return: We will need valid proof of the cause that is making you return the product.
3. Damage During Transit (Fragile Items)
Brass figurines are durable but can be sensitive to rough handling.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: To protect both parties, we strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing your order.
- If your item arrives damaged, please email us at sales@artcollection.co.in within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video or clear photos of the damage. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund for transit-related damages.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized/Commissioned Pieces: Any artifact made specifically to your requirements cannot be returned.
- Items on Final Sale: Products purchased during “Clearance” or “Flash Sales” are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
5. The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary.
6. Shipping for Returns
- Defective/Damaged Items: We will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address (or elsewhere in India).
- General Returns (Change of Mind): are unfortunately not accepted.
