Returns & Refunds Policy
At Vintage Gulley, we strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. Since our products are handcrafted and often unique in nature, we request customers to read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- – The product received is damaged during transit.
- – The product delivered is incorrect or differs significantly from the item ordered.
- – The product has a manufacturing defect.
To initiate a return request, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:
- – Order number.
- – Clear photographs of the product.
- – Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label.
- – A brief description of the issue.
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
- – Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- – Minor variations in color, texture, finish, or design, as these are inherent characteristics of handcrafted products.
- – Items purchased during clearance or special promotional sales.
- – Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Replacement Policy
In the event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer:
- – A replacement of the same item, subject to availability, or
- – Store credit, or
- – A refund, at our sole discretion.
Refund Process
- – Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- – Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- – Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Packaging and Return Shipping
In certain cases, we may arrange for a reverse pickup through our logistics partners. Where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to ship the product back to us. Instructions will be provided by our support team.
