Refund policy
Requesting a Return:
You can place a return request if:
- The Product you received is damaged.
- The Product you received is not what you have ordered for.
- The product you received is different from the image.
Note : To return a damaged product, we require video as proof. So we request you to please make a video from start to finish while opening the order.
Exchange Products:
Before you exchange a product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in unique products that are slightly different from each other.
How do I Return/Exchange a product?:
- Email us at antiqueartcollection1@gmail.com with photographs of the product within 24 hours of receiving it.
- After an investigation by our customer care team, a re-dispatch of the faulty products will be initiated.
About Refunds & Timelines:
- Refund amount will be transferred to the original payment method
- After an investigation by our customer care team, a re-dispatch of the faulty products will be initiated.
- Once, we receive the refund request, we shall process the refund within 7 business days.
